Sales Tax
Nevada customers pay 5.5% general excise tax, which is added to your order total.International Orders
Customs taxes: All international customers are responsible for customs dues or
other taxes & fees that may be levied in your country. We will not accept orders
returned to us due to customer's failure to pay the customs dues / fees in a
timely manner.Order tracking: note that international US Postal Service shipments cannot be tracked and Customer Service will not be able to offer any help in locating your package if it shipped by USPS. If you want your order to be trackable, choose a shipping option that includes tracking (such as DHL Air).
Delivery times: while most US Postal Service Air Mail shipment arrive within about 7-14 business days to most destinations worldwide, in rare cases they may take longer (up to 1 month or even up to 3 months due to customs delays). If time is a priority, choose a faster shipping option such as DHL Air.
Insurance / lost, damaged orders: as explained in the Insurance section above, international US Postal Service shipments are not insured, and we will not be responsible if your order is lost or arrives damaged, unless you chose a shipping option that includes insurance and tracking (such as DHL Air).
Returns & Refunds
Returns: We guarantee that all products we sell are brand new, genuine and free of damage. All items are non-returnable. We do not accept returns. If your order is damaged in transit and you purchased a shipping option that includes insurance (such as UPS Ground), we will send you a replacement (keep all packaging and contact Customer Service immediately for instructions).Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds. Your order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been placed. Please check your order carefully prior to checkout to make sure it is accurate. US orders lost by carrier will be replaced free of charge. International orders lost by carrier will be replaced only if tracking / insured shipping method was used.
